BAFHT’s Services + Programs are used by thousands of patients each year. We are pleased to share a brief overview of the annual statistics we gather – so you can see the results and be encouraged to paticipate.

Diabetes

1,408 visits were provided to 523 patients for diabetes services

Mental Health

2,967 visits were provided to 585 patients for mental health counselling

Natal Support

542 visits were provided to 463 patients for prenatal and/or lactation services

Nutrition

1,114 visits were provided to 510 patients for nutritional counselling

Results of BAFHT Patient Experience Surveys

Patient surveys are an important gauge of your experience with us, and provide valuable feedback to us about our services and programs. In 2023/24, approximately 350 surveys were submitted. From those respondents, we learned:
