Services + Programs
THE BAFHT works with your Family Physician to keep you and your family healthy. We provide services and programs to help you understand risk factors, offer prevention and management strategies for illnesses and chronic diseases, and to support your short- and long-term healthcare goals.
Our Approach
Our approach to health care is holistic, which means that we treat the “whole” person. So, in addition to physical symptoms, the team considers, explores and treats other factors that may be affecting your health.
