2,361 visits were provided to 448 patients for diabetes services

Mental Health

3,946 visits were provided to 497 patients for mental health counselling

Natal Support

545 visits were provided to 378 patients for prenatal and/or lactation services

Nutrition

891 visits were provided to 454 patients for nutritional counselling

Results of BAFHT Patient Experience Surveys

Patient surveys are an important gauge of your experience with us, and provide valuable feedback to us about our services and programs. In 2024/25, approximately 950 surveys were submitted. From those respondents, we learned:
