857 visits were provided to 365 patients for diabetes services

Mental Health

2,026 visits were provided to 394 patients for mental health counselling

Natal Support

122 visits were provided to 52 patients for prenatal and/or lactation services

Nutrition

998 visits were provided to 474 patients for nutritional counselling

Patient surveys are an important gauge of your experience with us, and provide valuable feedback to us about our services and programs. In 2025–2026, approximately 1260 surveys were submitted. From those respondents, we learned:
